2. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our official website, WhatsApp, phone, or authorized partners.
• A booking is only confirmed after receiving a deposit or full payment as instructed by our team.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather, technical issues, or safety reasons.

3. Payments and Pricing

• Prices listed on our website are in AED and include applicable VAT (if any).
• Payment can be made online, in cash, or through approved payment links.
• All offers and discounts are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total amount.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
• Quad Bike Ajman reserves the right to cancel or postpone any booking due to weather or safety conditions; in such cases, guests can choose a new date or request a full refund.

5. Safety and Participation

• All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the guide.
• Helmets and safety gear must be worn at all times during the ride.
• Participants must be 16 years or older to ride solo; minors may ride as passengers under adult supervision.
• Pregnant women, individuals with heart or back problems, or those under the influence of alcohol/drugs are not permitted to ride.
• Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused to the vehicles due to reckless or negligent driving.

6. Health and Liability

• Guests participate at their own risk. Quad Bike Ajman and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising during the activity unless caused by proven negligence.
• It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for off-road activities.

7. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

Desert conditions can change rapidly. We may delay, reschedule, or cancel tours due to sandstorms, extreme heat, or other safety concerns. In such cases, we offer flexible rescheduling or full refunds.

8. Photography and Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the experience for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform our team before the activity begins.

9. Responsibility of Guests

• Arrive on time at the agreed meeting point. Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund.
• Follow all instructions provided by our team for your safety and the safety of others.
• Respect the desert environment — no littering or harming wildlife.
